7. How has your business adapted to the pandemic?
We've increased our online presence and offer curbside pick-up and delivery for our local customers. We've also implemented strict cleaning protocols in our physical store to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
8. What advice would you give to someone starting their own gift store?
Don't be afraid to take risks and think outside the box. Also, embrace technology and use platforms like Shopify to reach a wider audience and grow your business.
9. What are your plans for the future of The Giftery?
We're planning on expanding our product line and offering more personalized and custom options for our customers. We also want to open more physical locations in the future.
