1. What inspired you to start an auto repair shop?
I grew up in a family of auto enthusiasts, with my dad managing a workshop, and my uncle being a mechanic. So, it was natural that I developed an interest and love for cars. After graduating from college, I decided to turn my passion into a career, and started my own auto repair shop.
2. What were some of the challenges you faced when starting out?
Starting an auto repair shop from scratch is anything but easy. I faced a lot of challenges, but the biggest one was the lack of funds. I had to use all my savings to buy equipment, rent a place, and hire employees. Also, as a female owner in a male-dominated industry, it was challenging to gain credibility and trust.

We are committed to providing high-quality services at affordable prices. We have a trained and skilled team of technicians who are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. We go the extra mile to educate our customers about how to maintain their vehicles and keep them running smoothly.
4. How did you hear about Shopify, and how has it impacted your business?
I heard about Shopify from a friend who runs an online store, and decided to give it a try. Shopify has been a game-changer for us, as it made it easy for us to manage our inventory, create an online store, and sell our products and services to customers all over the country.
5. What were some unexpected benefits you experienced after implementing Shopify into your business?
One unexpected benefit was the increase in revenue. With our online store, we were able to reach a wider audience and generate more sales. Additionally, Shopify made it easy for us to track our sales and inventory, so we always know what we have in stock.
6. How did you overcome the challenges of being a female entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry?
I had to work twice as hard to gain respect and credibility. I went to conferences, joined industry groups, and networked with other owners. But most importantly, I let my work speak for itself. Our high-quality services and customer satisfaction rates have earned us a great reputation, and I'm proud to be a female leader in this industry.
7. What advice would you give to other aspiring entrepreneurs?
Believe in yourself and your abilities. Starting a business is not easy, but with hard work and determination, anything is possible. And, of course, never compromise on the quality of your services or products.
